TEC Square designs its own high-end instant coffee extraction plants. All of our systems are specific to customer demands.
In our designs we combine flexibility, quality, and operational effectiveness. Our high-end technology is based on a combination of the following principles:
- Easy raw material handling
- Short cycle times
- Low energy usage
- Flexible capacity. The number of cells can vary between 6 and 12 cells
The design is specifically conceived for those installations where costs and quality will make a difference. Our design allows for top quality instant coffee products. High yield designs are equally possible.

Possibility to grow production as your business grows
Our technology is flexible as detail valve configurations can be added at any time, making the process customer specific. We use a very simple set-up that allows us to add technologies or capacity at a later stage.

Extraction Plant Layout | A TEC Square extraction plant consists of 6-12 extraction cells, installed in line. The cells are connection by a set of valves, called the distributor. |

Cycle time | We use short cycle times as a principle of operation (as such, we prefer to use wide body cells). The more expensive technology is largely compensated by other advantages. |

Flexible Capacity | We have an integrated solution for capacity from extraction down to spray drying or freeze drying. Our capacity can always be extended after several years of operation. |

Easy Multi-SKU Operation | Our programming software provides for an extremely robust and flexible operation. |

CIP | Our CIP program has been tested through many years of operation. It works fully automatic and covers 100% of the operational parts. |
