TEC Square engineers have extensive experience in soy milk extraction. Our technology provides soy milk at a higher yield and with less aromatic off-flavors. We have an integrated solution for all product categories.
Our Technology is in general applicable to a lot of other product categories. Besides Soy extraction this plant will also be able to handle any kind of vegetable milk of for instance cold brew coffee.
High Yield and no Off-flavours
A TEC Square soy bean milk extraction plant has a high-yield extraction unit (>70% protein yield). We combined this with a neutral-taste polisher operation.
