l\u00e1cteos con un sistema integrado de alimentaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n. Este principio de dise\u00f1o asegura una alta recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y p\u00e9rdidas de producci\u00f3n m\u00ednimas.<\/p>\n<p>El principio de funcionamiento viene dado por la siguiente secuencia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El preconcentrado se calienta con el agua de leche evaporada y otras fuentes de energ\u00eda disponibles.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, se calienta con agua caliente hasta la temperatura de evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Los vapores condensados o agua de leche evaporada se enfr\u00edan mediante el preconcentrado entrante.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, la alta concentraci\u00f3n alimenta directamente a la bomba de alta presi\u00f3n, que est\u00e1 vinculada a la operaci\u00f3n de secado por
