el proceso de post-secado del polvo suelto. El Rototherm-D es un secador revestido, que se mueve mec\u00e1nicamente, y que elimina de forma continuada del polvo y los s\u00f3lidos,&nbsp; la humedad o los disolventes mediante vac\u00edo. La superficie horizontal interior y el rotor se calientan con agua, vapor o aceite caliente. Las barras de mezcla en forma helicoidal agitan a baja velocidad y de forma continuada el producto, a la vez que lo remueven y lo transportan hacia el extremo de descarga del dryer a modo de flujo tipo pist\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El vac\u00edo minimiza la temperatura de secado y evita la degradaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de los materiales sensibles al calor. Un rebosadero ajustable en el extremo de descarga mantiene el nivel del producto en la secadora entre un 25% y 75% de su capacidad.<\/p>\n<p>Ajustar la altura del rebosadero o cambiar la velocidad de avance del producto permitir\u00e1 controlar el tiempo de residencia.
