Este concepto, llamado \u00abConcentraci\u00f3n T\u00e9rmica de Bajo Impacto\u00bb, ha sido probado sobre el terreno y hasta ahora supera todas las expectativas de productos alimenticios de alto valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p>Este proceso utiliza una <strong>concentraci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica a baja temperatura<\/strong> (por lo tanto, \u00abbajo impacto\u00bb). El proceso utiliza un evaporador Rototherm de corto recorrido, que requiere que el producto, solo durante un par de minutos, est\u00e9 a la temperatura de procesamiento.
