mezclado de materias en polvo en la industria l\u00e1ctea. Dise\u00f1amos estos sistemas de mezclado al vac\u00edo con componentes est\u00e1ndar. Este m\u00e9todo de transporte cuenta con varias ventajas sobre el m\u00e9todo tradicional. Nuestro principio de funcionamiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La dosificaci\u00f3n de la sustancia en polvo se produce con una corriente constante en una c\u00e1mara de vac\u00edo por encima del nivel del l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n<li>Dos mezcladores de alto cizallamiento se encargan de la dispersi\u00f3n de la materia en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que el l\u00edquido mezclado es \u00f3ptimo, una bomba centr\u00edfuga recircular\u00e1 la mezcla a trav\u00e9s de una v\u00e1lvula de contrapresi\u00f3n para asegurar una disoluci\u00f3n del 100%.<\/li>\n<li>El l\u00edquido pasa a alta velocidad a trav\u00e9s de un tanque de hidrataci\u00f3n, de regreso al mezclador de vac\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li>Un intercambiador de calor en el circuito de recirculaci\u00f3n mantiene la temperatura de mezcla adecuada.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que la mezcla est\u00e9 lista, el sistema enviar\u00e1 la mezcla a su tanque de almacenamiento
