operaciones de secado \u201cSpray Drying\u201d y de aglomerado en un solo paso. Como resultado, hay m\u00e1s flexibilidad en la operaci\u00f3n. Una sola unidad puede producir un polvo secado por atomizaci\u00f3n o polvo aglomerado.<\/p>\n<p>Para este prop\u00f3sito podemos utilizar una soluci\u00f3n de secado est\u00e1ndar o nuestra propia soluci\u00f3n High-TS Spray Drying, pero en el dise\u00f1o se coloca una torre de aglomerado separada.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro proceso se basa en la mejor tecnolog\u00eda disponible para este prop\u00f3sito, aglomeraci\u00f3n con vapor saturado de ca\u00edda libre. Este proceso implica que el polvo fino, secado por pulverizaci\u00f3n, se incorpora en la parte superior de la torre de aglomeraci\u00f3n, donde se pone en contacto con el vapor saturado.
