Spray Drying con alta concentraci\u00f3n de s\u00f3lidos totales (High-TS). Las ventajas de esta operaci\u00f3n son enormes. En primer lugar, esta tecnolog\u00eda aumentar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n nominal de la operaci\u00f3n de secado. En segundo lugar, el proceso mejora simult\u00e1neamente la calidad del producto ya que se evapora menos agua. Para tener una operaci\u00f3n efectiva de secado por pulverizaci\u00f3n High-TS, se deber\u00e1n cambiar dos procesos de la operaci\u00f3n tradicional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> El proceso requerir\u00e1 un acabado con un evaporador High-TS. Los evaporadores normales de pel\u00edcula descendente producen demasiada suciedad. TEC Square utiliza un Rototherm-E para la aplicaci\u00f3n de acabado; Es el evaporador ideal para este prop\u00f3sito. Las concentraciones de producto del 60-70% no son una excepci\u00f3n. Y las p\u00e9rdidas de producto son m\u00ednimas. Como resultado, el tiempo de funcionamiento del evaporador existente suele prolongarse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spray Drying.<\/strong> En segundo lugar, el proceso de secado Spray Drying requerir\u00e1 una boquilla de atomizaci\u00f3n de aire caliente capaz de pulverizar concentrados de High-TS. TEC Square desarroll\u00f3 su propio concepto para la boquilla de pulverizaci\u00f3n High-TS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al final, la calidad del equipo de concentraci\u00f3n determina el \u00e9xito de la operaci\u00f3n de secado (Spray Drying). La soluci\u00f3n de TEC Square del secado High-TS tiene varias ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mayor calidad del producto.<\/strong> La calidad del producto final aumenta, ya que se evapora menos agua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menores p\u00e9rdidas de producto.<\/strong> El dise\u00f1o de un finalizador Rototherm-E apenas crea dep\u00f3sitos. Las p\u00e9rdidas normalmente est\u00e1n restringidas a un 0.1-0.2% seg\u00fan el rendimiento total.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumento de la producci\u00f3n nominal. <\/strong>La producci\u00f3n de la planta puede aumentar hasta un 30% si el secador por atomizaci\u00f3n es el cuello de botella.\n<ul>\n<li>Como hay menos agua en el concentrado, la capacidad por Kg polvo aumenta dr\u00e1sticamente.<\/li>\n<li>Adem\u00e1s, a medida que la concentraci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s constante, se elimina la variaci\u00f3n en la capacidad de producci\u00f3n. Un finalizador Rototherm-E tiene la capacidad de mantener una concentraci\u00f3n estable a lo largo del tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, dado que se requiere menos tiempo de limpieza in situ, debido a las bajas condiciones de dep\u00f3sitos en el finalizador y evaporador Rototherm-E, la eficiencia general de los equipos (OEE) de la planta
