<\/strong>(con un alto porcentaje de s\u00f3lidos totales) es ampliamente utilizada en las plantas de TEC Square. El proceso es especialmente interesante cuando la calidad del producto es importante o cuando el precio de la materia prima es elevado y se requiere por tanto una operaci\u00f3n eficiente. Nuestro proceso tiene las siguientes ventajas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Menos p\u00e9rdidas de producto<\/strong>. Un acabado con High-TS permite que el evaporador principal funcione en concentraciones mucho m\u00e1s bajas. Los evaporadores de pel\u00edcula ascendente y descendente tienden a ensuciarse a concentraciones m\u00e1s altas, debido al quemado. Un Rototherm-E tiene p\u00e9rdidas de producto muy bajas ya que la tecnolog\u00eda se basa en la renovaci\u00f3n continua del producto contra la superficie de calentamiento. Las p\u00e9rdidas totales de producto deber\u00edan reducirse al 0.1-0.5%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayor incorporaci\u00f3n de aroma<\/strong>. Si el proceso involucra la recuperaci\u00f3n del aroma, se puede agregar m\u00e1s aroma ya que es posible una concentraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mayor capacidad de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Un acabado con High-TS tiene la posibilidad de aumentar la salida total de la l\u00ednea, ya que se requerir\u00e1 menos evaporaci\u00f3n en operaciones
